Hi, my name is

Callum Poole.

A Game Developer and Programming Hobbist.

Background

Hi, I'm Callum, a passionate game programmer based in Sheffield, UK with a keen eye for detail and a drive to create innovative and captivating gaming experiences. I received a 1st in Games Computing from the University of Lincoln, which laid a strong foundation for my career in the gaming industry.

I have had the privilege of working on a variety of games, ranging from puzzle games to shooters to fighting games, and I take pride in my ability to bring complex game mechanics to life. With several years of experience under my belt, I've gained a deep understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of game development.

My work has taken me to exciting places around the world. I've worked in Bangkok, Thailand, where I was able to immerse myself in a new culture and gain fresh perspectives on game development. Currently, I'm based in Sheffield, where I continue to create engaging games that leave a lasting impression on players.

When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring new programming techniques and delving into the latest games. I'm also passionate about spending time with my loved ones and exploring the great outdoors.
